Title: Accountant

Accountant with IT experience for Kinzie Real Estate Group

Job Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable:

    • Vendor Maintenance 
    • Purchase Order Processing
    • Invoice Processing & Check Printing 
    • Month End AP Process

2. Sworn Statement Administration: 

      • Balance Month End AP to Sworn Statements
      • Prepare Monthly Sworn Statements 
      • Process Waivers

    3. Accounts Receivable:

      • Process Monthly Cash Receipts
      • Process Monthly Draw Funding Receipts

    4. Payroll & HR: 

        • Assist with Bi-Weekly Payroll Prep 
        • Assist with Payroll Related Billing Tasks

      5. Prepare Month End Financial Statements

      Job might not be limited to tasks above

        Education and Experience Requirements

        • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or Finance is required 
        • 2 Years of Accounting experience is preferred 
        • Experience in Financial Reporting is a plus 
        • Minor IT Experience is a BIG Plus
